According to Wikipedia, They Think It's All Over started on BBC Radio 5 in 1992, and the presenter was Des Lynam. Nick Hancock took over in 1995 when it switched to BBC1 television.
The team captains on the radio version were Rory McGrath and Rory Bremner.
